I'm finally diving into the new D8 - specific stuff and I'm a little
confused about timeout objects, if someone could just push me along in
the right direction....

>From what I've read, timeout objects aren't really 'timeouts', are they?
They seem to be scheduled events really in that they'll fire off every
time x, x being when they're set to run? Part of what I'm dealing with is
that I'd like an idle time handler to run every 30 seconds, and another
idle time to run after 10 minutes of inaction....

Timeout objects handle this?
