I want to use a Java applet, and I know that I can't inside of director. But I really don't want the user to feel like I have opened a bunch of things to use this applet. So is there anything similar to a browser that I can run, like a MIAW, that can use Java script? I know it is a weird request but any help or insight would be appreciated. I am using D8 and on both Mac and PC. If there is no solution like I am looking for any help or input about using a regular browser would be much appreciated.
