I have to save on my server so I think the second one is the way to follow,
the problem is that I don't know very well cgi scripts. I have to save in a
text file a little database of items divided by commas, can u help me?

Sure depending on what you want: setpref/getpref for local info save, or use
postnettext and a cgi script.
