I what you're trying to do is find out whether the file is opened as the
Stage or a MIAW, then I really don't know how that can be achieved. Have a
look at the windowList and the tell commands, maybe.

btw, how can i tell, from within a movie, whether it is running as a
projector, or as a MIAW? I could have my movie with menus adjust itself
depending on whether it is a MIAW (use custom menus) or a stand-alone (use
installMenus)?
