If you have the Full version of the POM xtra (rather than the lite version
that used to ship with D6 + 7) there are are lots of features for creating
all kinds of layout.
You can control pages, headers & footers, margins, etc.
Basically you are creating your document from lingo and part of that lingo
might be the text of a rich-text cast member.
