Hi Jasper.
I wasn't following this thread so I don't know if you got your problem
solved yet. In case you didn't, heres what you need to do.
Open Modify>Movie>Xtras
Make sure the list contains the name of the required Xtra.
Select it and then check the box labeled "Download if needed". You will
need to be connected to be able to download the xtra files from the server.
Once the download is complete, close the dialog box and publish your title
again. Should work ok this time.
