Quicktime supports MPEG 1 on the Mac and, I believe, on Windows now as well.
Tabuleiro makes a couple of great MPEG Xtras, but I don't know if they're
Shockwave safe. They have an MPEG Xtra that is, I believe, cross-platform,
and their DirectMedia Xtra, for Windows, does a great job with both MPEG-1
and MPEG-2.
