Gotonetpage bug in D8?

Strange, but in D7 the simple:

On mouseup me 
Gotonetpage "http://www.dj-hurricane.com"
End

Launches the browser and goes to the page in authoring mode...but in d8
absolutely nothing happens.....

Wha?
