I don't you can put Microsoft Internet Explorer inside a Director Projector. 
But for your solution, will ya try this xtra called the webxtra which you will get 
from www.tbaiana.com, though this has moved to xtras.tubuleiro.com.
If you wanna sample before trying that, email me and I will upload it somewhere.
It can contain something like IE, print option, back, forward, open file, refresh, 
almost everything that IE have
