1. Make a backup copy of your source file.
2. Make sure you have a backup copy of the source file. I'm serious.
3. Xtras > Update Movies > Protect
It's not a bad idea to use the backup option there, too. I always make a
separate backup, though, in case the computer crashes or something in the
middle of the operation. You could lose all your code if you don't.
