I use Apple's QTVR Authoring Studio.  It's very well designed and rich
in features.  There will probably be a new version soon.  It doesn't
support QT5's new cubicVR feature.  In fact, it won't run at all with
QT5 installed.

I've also seen the stitcher from VRTools -- conVRter.  It's good and
probably a little cheaper.  their web site is http://www.vrtools.com
