Sorry for the cross posting but I am having a bad lingo issue and I need an
urgent solution as we've been on this all night and need to deliver our
final movie later today
I'm just working on a project, and I have a little problem that I couldn't
find a solution for in the director list archives nor in any of my books.
This is it : I want to have a MIAW open to show a movie, and when the movie
finishes or when the window is closed, that the main timeline goes to a
specfici frame. I can manage to have the MIAW open and play the movie, but
not the second part.
The lingo I am using is this :
On closeWindow
Tell thestage to go to frame x
End
OR
On stopmovie("mymiaw")
Forget(the activeWindow)
End
OR
On closeWindow forget(the activeWindow)
OR
On closeWindow forget window("nameofwindow")
None of these seem to work, so maybe someone could tell me what we are doing
wrong? Thanks in advance
