I shiver with fear at the prospect of Shockwave movies closing their
containing browser...
However you could write a javascript routine into your container HTML page
that will close the browser window. You can then call this js function from
your Shockwave movie.
As the Shockwave-Javascript part of my brain has shut down for the night
