Overriding "Small Fonts/Large Fonts" settings on windows

        Is there a way to override the user's settings for Large/Small 
fonts??? I would like those fonts to be shown in its SMALL mode even
if the user has its settings to be Large Fonts...

        Any help would be apprecciated
