Hi,

I think you should familiarize yourself with Movies in a Window (MIAW).
They let a single projector have multiple windows operating
simultaneously.

There are very few situations where multiple projectors on the same cpu
are a good idea.  Unless there is some special circumstances a single
projector with multiple windows is going to be better - faster
performance, better communication between windows, easier debugging.
