Any chance this is a shocked projector or that it has shocked files in it?
If so, did you download the beta 3DSW? I ask this because I seem to recall
that MM will be defeating that feature in the next release of SW & maybe
they've already done so with the beta version. See if re-installing the
released version or creating a standard projector with no shocked casts
gets it working .
