I've never heard of that Xtra (isn't it an Authorware Xtra?) but you could try
to type in the messagewindow:

showXlib()

(and then fill in the right name in this) instruction

put interface(xtra "actor")

If the Xtra has a Lingo interface, and is not only a Sprite Xtra, it
returns a list of all its functions and their parameters. This same list is
used by Director to route your Lingo calls to the Xtra.
