I feel that the problem you mention comes from missing dlls caused by
incorrect (or no) installation of Shockwave player. This bug has been
reported on Macromedia support site. You can try this file for a solution:
"D7projector_dlls_installer.zip". You can find it on Macromedia support site
or i can e-mail it to you if needed. Good luck!
