I think what Kerry was on about, as I thought the original comment meant,
was that you can't get the Tempo through the CONTROL PANEL (i.e. the overal
movie tempo) to go 1 frame per 10 seconds...

The tempo channel will do this, as we all know, but the problems with that
have already been pointed out.
