RE:trouble with a movie imported as a cast memeber

I have some trouble with a movie imported as a cast member and used as a
congigurable search menu.

It performs correctly for all the features needed (navigation and field
searching) except two:

- pointer do not change on rollover
- user editable fields are no more editable.

These works ok when opening this menu file only in authoring mode, but do
not respond as a cast on the stage.

Any workaround for this? Is it a better idea do work with MIAW for this kind
of task?
