two possible problems i can think of -
- have you specified the correct IP address of your server in the chat
script?
- have you got a firewall?
- also, you don't connect your game to the actual multiuser application exe.
it just sits on the server and needs to be running all the time so that your
users will always be able to connect to your game. the users visit the html
page that inludes the shockwave movie, the shockwave movie connects to the
server on which then the multiuser application runs.
- it is quite possible that your IP does not cupport the multiuser
application.
