Because this is a security risk it has been disabled in Mac versions of

If people are interested and online they will click. If they aren't
interested they won't be if a windows pops up when they are reading their
email. I would be quite appaled and would NEVER go to a meeting of that
company.

Besides I don't think that many aspiring CMG-ers will read their mail on a
Mac...
