Since Maricopa is basically giving this to us as a free service, it stands
to reason that we should at least be thankful for what is there. Perhaps
the very first time in is a bit confusing but after that your pretty much
set. I'm sure that if you offered to donate $20,000 or 30,000 to do a
redesign, they would be more than willing to oblige.
