Haven't had a look at SMUS 3 yet, but from a 2.1 viewpoint have a look at
which IP the server THINKS it's running on. You should be able to use that
successfully - my network is a mess with things all over the place, but it
my SMUS runs fine...

Status > Server will display something like...

#Server Information
#Server IP address: 192.168.35.21
#Server Port: 1626
#Number of connections: 50 available, 0 in use
#Number of connections awaiting logon: 0
#Number of movies: 0
