I don't think that is true. If the user sets the task bar to "always on top" it will
appear atop a projector. You can change the task bar settings with Buddy I believe.

Well that isn't very practical. Your stage is either the size you set it to or "full
screen". There is no convenient way to cover the desktop unless you go full screen.
Even if you run "ina Window" the window will fill certain monitors. In my experience,
it is best to avoid putting interface buttons too close to the bottom of the screen in
order to avoid conflicts with the task bar.
