Why you don't use BudAPI xtra? BudAPI xtra have a lot function, example:
--> set Old = baSetWallpaper( "c:\windows\arcade.bmp" )
you can set a BMP file to wallpaper
cheer.

Can somebody tell me how the concept run and what is the concept when the
BMP file store in cd-rom and the user need to press the button and the
button function will be set the BMP file as my wallpaper automatically?Is it
