For CD to HDD, you can always check if the media you are running from is a
CD-ROM drive (with BuddyAPI or DirectOS).
For CD to CD, you're gonna need a proper third-party licensing tool I'm
afraid (had to look into that recently)... Unless somebody else knows
something that I don't (nudge-nudge, wink-wink)?
