Fair enough. I've had no problem whatsoever with my approach. I avoid
switching the cursor unnecessarily due to the well-documented leaks that
this caused in some earlier versions of Director. It is in the archives of
some list in the last year, so I won't reiterate that entire argument here.

You're still missing some marbles regardless. ;)
