I'm just guessing that the prompt is to download the QuickTime Xtra into your Shockwave folder. This will happen if you've checked download for the Xtra in your modify/movie/extras, but you've never run a .dcr that contained a QuickTime movie - from the web - before on your system. Another wild guess would be that maybe it is looking for the QT movie, which it would if you changed its location relative to the .dcr file or otherwise specified an incorrect path to it on your server.
