I suspect that. Mainly two reasons: If the Director Error messages would be
done through MUI, then how the h*** do I see errors even on Projectors,
which have no MUI, and if the Xtra is not shockwave safe then they could not
be shown in shockwave either.
Conspiracy theory:
Macr has a built in set in Dir/Proj/SW, and the MUI is a cheap knockoff of
that. Instead of giving Developers direct access to the "script error"
engine they hassle us with that awful joke.
Honestly, If Dir/Proj/SW can have dialog's like that I's like to be using
them!
