If my reading of your note is correct:

"if user click outside the window, the window closes itself"

then it is possible that the window does not in fact close, but simply 
hides behind the stage window. Try moving the stage window around, and 
you'll probably see the MIAW window.

If you need a way to bring a MIAW window back to the front, look up the 
moveToFront command.
