If the states are different colors you could use getpixel() to determine
where the rollover is... or if not then you could use the old technique of
saving a multicolored version of the map from Photoshop in a (8-bit) TEXT
file, use fileIO to read the map into memory and translate the mouse
position to a point in the text file to read the color as a number ...
