As Pekka says, that would be true if you are embedding the Director 
movie. If you're trying to save on file size, why not turn on the 
Shockwave Compression option when making the projector?

I would agree with Pekka though that it's unusual to embed a 560 MB 
Director file. You would normally have that as an external file, and 
a small embedded movie that goes to the external one at runtime. 
Amongst other advantages, you would be able to make changes to the 
external file, and not have to make a new projector each time.
