You will need to have installed
Sound Forge (pc) or Peak Le (ppc).

You can either add the cue Point
BEFORE you import the sound OR
(if you have set up your "editors"
under preferences) you can launch
and edit the cast member from the
castlib.

Adding cue Points within these applications
is unique to each. You will need to 
read THEIR docs for more detailed info.
(for example, hitting "m" will add a cue Point
while in Sound Forge)
