And it probably shouldn't be.  This guy is trying to stream an MPEG movie?

Mauricio is probably too busy to field direct questions about "how do I stream
video" when the asker apparently has the wrong idea and should really be asking
on Direct-L.

I bet Direct-L would help you with streaming video!
