Check Modify -> Movies -> Xtras and click on a few Xtras listed there. If 
they're not marked "Include in Projector" then they have to be in the Xtras 
folder.

It's actually better not to include Xtras in the movie, because Director 
has to then unpack them and save them to a temp folder on the hard drive. 
It's slower, and you can run into rights problems, especially on NT.

All the Xtras you use in the movie have to be available, though--either 
included in the projector, or in the Xtras folder.
