Here's an idea Gretchen mentioned to me... ---------- If the audio is only going to be used by Shockwave movies, and you are using Audio Xtra to record the sound, you can record to member, then save the "media of member" property to a vList file. vList can base64 encode its files for upload to a server. You have to have a CGI script on the server that will accept the results of a postNetText and simply save all the data to a file. Later you can use preloadnetthing to retrieve the file containing the sounds. The vList files on the server cannot be understood by anything other than Director.
