I have been asked to update a CBT program to function under WIn2k. The only
aspect of the title that does not work correctly are multi-tracked QT files.
When a piece of video with music or voice over plays it has a horrible
stutter. This also occurs with QT audio movies that contain a text track for
markers. Anyone have similar experiences?
I have tried stubs and DXR's in Director 7.02 and 8
Audio rate is dropped as low as quality will allow to 22.050, 8 bit mono
