Nope. An easy way to tell if a MACR Xtra is downloadable:
1. go to modify>movie>xtras
2. add the Xtra of concern to your movie
3. look at the "download if needed" option
If the download if needed option is greyed out, then there is no entry for the Xtra in
the xtrainfo.txt file and that indicates that we did not make a downloadable Xtra
package for it. There is no downloadable package for the zip xtra (it's original
intent is as an authoring only Xtra for Director's use, not as a scripting Xtra for
developers to use). It _may_ still be usable in Shockwave via manual install though,
but without a downloadable package you don't get the auto-download benefits.
