You need to download your external cast before you can make calls to it. Once it's
downloaded you should be in business.

PS if you are having trouble on your local machine then put everything into a folder
called DSWmedia. External shockwave files won't be recognized unless they are in such
a folder so it is easiest just to put your whole project in the folder.
