Thanx, I tried it and after long jugglery trying to
figure out the right way to calculate the new drawRect
co-cordinates, it works.....thanx once again..

Definitely true !! So, I tried to import a flash
movie(which is basically a vector graphics with only
one frame) into D8.5 and used that instead of a
bitmap. The problem that I now see is that while with
the normal bmp the movie loaded quite fast, with the
flash sprite it takes it much longer for the movie to
appear on the stage even though the parsing almost
happens as fast in both cases.
What could be going wrong?? since one expects a vector
thing being very light to load much faster...
