In D8 on the mac:
open "System:Desktop Folder:test file.htm" with browsername()
works for me. And copying the file path as it appears in the browser does
not.
baOpenFile() also works with a "correct" path name, and does not work with a
browser path name. Buddy, however, opens the file in its creator app (not
sure what it does if the creator is not present, as I don't feel like
uninstalling stuff).
