Hi ppl,
Scenario
I'm using the downloadNetThing() to download a file
from the web onto the hard drive.
I have used the proxyServer() and entered all the
correct details.
Problem.
If I am behind a firewall, I entered the proxy server
port number and numeric ip address but it seems as it
does dowload any file whatsoever. If I am not behind
a firewall then the file downloads from the internet
just fine.
My question is what specific port number does
Director's Netlingo Xtra use to connect to the proxy
server?? because I have tried 8000.
