You can't, there is no "save as swf" or "export as swf" from Director. You'll have to
remake the title in Flash if you really want a SWF file. If you just want content from
Director to be playable on the web you "Publish" (File>Publish...) the movie which
creates a DCR file that plays in a browser via the Shockwave player.
