The "simple" solution here is to trick the shockwave movie not to download
the cached version.

Try this:

on getImage

  theImage = "http://yourserver.com/webcamimage.jpg?"&the milliseconds

  preloadNetThing(theImage)
end

This will trick the shockwave movie into getting a new version, instead of
grabbing the old one from the cache.
