This is not possible. Flash is designed to be very lightweight, so the likes of
Quicktime support would bloat the plug-in. The only solution is to put your Flash
inside a Quicktime movie, which currently means Flash 4 only.

There are purported 'solutions' for converting digital video movies into Flash, but
when you see the abysmal performance/quality that comes out the other end, you will
drop them like a hot potato. Flash just ain't designed to do video. Probably never
will be.

If you need interactivity in your Quicktime beyond that offered by Flash 4, you can
get your Flash objects to use FSCommand, and then have LiveStage 'wire' those commands
with any of the hundreds of wired action atoms. This gives your Flash track much more
power than simply Flash 4 actionscript.
