Guy has come up with something (here it is copied and pasted - but have a
look at the site anyway - a good resource)

Little trick for you all: create a new movie in flash 5, place a movieclip
on the main timeline and inside create a dynamic textfield and name it
"status", now place the following code on the movieclip you just created:
onClipEvent(enterFrame){
status=ASNative(800,2)(2);
}
Now test your movie and press your right mouse button, you should see the
textfield say true, yes it detects a right-mouse click. One problem there is
no way of disabling the context menu that automatically appears on a
right-click, still may come in handy for someone though.

Simply - the answer is no. Flash cannot capture the right mouse click. There
may be an .exe extension that does it (I don't know of one), but in standard
shipped Flash, it isn't possible.
