The approaches I've used in the past have involved either formatting rtf in Director, exporting it to an external file with fileIO then using Buddy API to print it with whatever application is available; or creating PDF forms and exporting the form data again using fileIO. There's an excellent article about the latter at http://www.director-online.com by, I think, Doug Brown. I don't remember the title, but if you search by his name, or perhaps 'pdf' or 'fdf', you'll find it. HTH, -Sean.
