Is it over the Web? I don't think DirectMedia is ShockWave safe, but they do have a Streaming media Xtra. I've had pretty good luck with DirectMedia--I actually used it to write an Xtra for the Japanese Minstry of Culture. Tabuleiro's tech support is top drawer, and I'd be surprised if they couldn't help you over the hurdles.
