Simon,

You can use the constant QUOTE to insert your quotation marks, or use
numToChar(34).  So, to output the string: Simon says, "Touch your toes."
you could do:

put "Simon says, " & QUOTE & "Touch your toes." & QUOTE 

Or

put "Simon says, " & numToChar(34) & "Touch your toes." & numToChar(34)
